Sally began her estate agency career in 2001 and quickly established herself as the top sales person in Ringwood for a large corporate estate agency. Subsequently, at the age of 24, she was offered a managerial position at their Highcliffe office and through innovation, drive and maintenance of the highest standards of customer service, Sally lead this branch to record business levels. In 2010 she became Shareholder and Director of Hearnes in Ringwood. With an established team in Ringwood maintaining a market leading position, Sally was able to expand the business further by opening a Bournemouth town centre office in July 2013, where she looks forward to dealing with a diverse range of properties in a lively, cosmopolitan town. Sally is accustomed to dealing with a variety of property, ranging from waterside and rural homes to town centre houses and apartments. This experience combined with her attention to detail and acute understanding of customer needs will offer the buyers and sellers of Bournemouth an unrivalled level of service and an outstanding moving experience, helping to alleviate the pressures of moving home.
Ryan HoranProperty Consultant
Ryan joined Hearnes after previously managing a local independent agency and has been involved in estate agency since 2011. He has a great understanding of the local area and market trends and is used to producing consistent results with his wide variety of skills, including having previously played semi-professional rugby. In his spare time Ryan likes spending time with his son Archie, holidays in the sun and a variety of sports.
Lynda Hearne MScFounder and Owner
Lynda was born in England and at the age of one, moved to New Zealand with her family, staying there until she was 14. On returning to England her family settled in Bournemouth and she was educated locally at Talbot Heath School, before going to Millfield School in Somerset. She then obtained a degree in Sports Science, and a Master’s Degree in Business Management at Loughborough University, whilst there running at national level at 400m and 800m and playing other sports to a high level. On leaving university she specialised in HR, gaining further training and development qualifications, and working for PepsiCo. Having set up Hearnes in 1996 with Lyndon, they then married and soon after had four children. Lynda worked full time in the company for many years and now works part time, being based at the Poole office. She is a committed Christian and has a real drive and determination to succeed. Lynda still keeps very active and runs for an hour before most people have even woken up! She also coaches junior hockey and is qualified county cricket umpire. Lynda’s passion for property and people means she is in her dream business, and has loved watching the company grow.
Andrew KingAssistant Manager
Andrew returned to his estate agency career in 2015 following a short period working with premium sport cars for The Westover Group in Poole. Andrew began his estate agency career in 2005, working as a Junior Negotiator in New Milton for a corporate estate agency where he progressed to managing this and their Highcliffe office. After working within a variety of markets Andrew has gained invaluable experience and is keen to progress further within Hearnes through his hard working nature and eye for detail. Away from the office, living in Ensbury Park, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, Natalie, and young daughter, Grace, whilst also attempting to improve his golf handicap.
Kelly HoweProperty Consultant
Kelly relocated to Verwood from London in 2011 to raise her young family. Having joined Hearnes from a retail management background, Kelly is a firm believer in a friendly but professional service. She has a proactive attitude and is very organised, ensuring her clients the service they deserve. Outside of work Kelly enjoys spending time with her family at Moors Valley Country Park and visiting the beach.
Matthew HillerSales Manager
Matthew returned to estate agency in early 2016 after working in a diverse range of customer service and sales markets including working within the Westover Group based in Poole. Born in London and raised in the Bournemouth area Matthew has a wealth of local knowledge that he effectively delivers alongside his passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service. Originally studying in graphic design at the Bournemouth arts institute Matthew has a keen eye for detail and loves combining traditional and modern methods of communication with clients. Out of the office Matthew enjoys playing Golf and Football whilst also getting his hands dirty helping his parents with their property project.
James EvansBranch Partner
Originally starting his estate agency career with a large independent agency in 2005 as a trainee negotiator James quickly gained a series of promotions leading to a branch manager position after working a variety of markets within Dorset,giving him a wealth of experience locally. With a keen eye for detail, hard working nature and professional manner he is keen to progress further within the company. Out of work James is kept busy with his two young children and can be found coaching or refereeing his sons football team on a Sunday morning come rain or shine!
Sandy SonghurstSales Co-ordinator
Sandy returned from living in Germany where she was working for the British Army and commenced her career in estate agency with Mann & Co in 1996, initially working in the Richmond Hill branch. During her time with Mann South West, Sandy worked at a number of offices throughout the region, from Lyndhurst to Dorchester and Weymouth, progressing from branch administrator to regional secretary and then on to sales co-ordinator in addition to this role. On leaving Mann South West Sandy worked for a town centre independent agency followed by a well-established estate agent in Westbourne, before moving into Lettings as property manager. Having been approached by Hearnes Sandy has been tempted back to estate agency and her enjoyment of sales progression. In her spare time Sandy enjoys meeting friends, films and reading and is encouraged by her partner to watch a wide variety of sports, although mainly from the comfort of her sofa these days.
Alec HawkerProperty Consultant
Alec grew up in the surrounding areas of Bournemouth and was originally part of Hearnes from 2004 to 2006. He then joined LV for 11 years, having different sales roles within the company and most recently becoming a Personal Assistant to 7 of the company’s Directors and management team. In 2017, Alec returned to work for Hearnes after wanting to peruse his career in property. Outside of work Alec enjoys The New Forest, socialising and spending time with his partner and their dog Dudley.
Lyndon Le BoutillierFounder and Owner
Born and bred in Bedfordshire, Lyndon was educated at Bedford School and lived in that area until 1992 when he moved to Bournemouth. His first full-time job was as an Estate Agent in Newport Pagnell in 1982 for a highly charged independent group called Taylors. He moved into the corporate world later and has worked in agency ever since. He set up Hearnes in 1996 with his wife Lynda, is a very experienced agent and a great problem solve; always wanting to provide the very best service and sound honest advise. With 4 children he is a very busy man but in his spare time enjoys fishing, golf and running various sports teams. He is a committed Christian and enjoys getting involved with the community around him. Lyndon oversees the running of the whole company and is based in the Poole Office.
Emma RichmondOffice Co-ordinator
Emma was raised in the Bournemouth and Poole area, studying dance at university, which sparked her creativity and proactive attitude. Previously Emma worked in accounts and customers services roles for several years before deciding to pursue a career in property, which brought Emma to Hearnes. Outside of work Emma enjoys a spot of retail therapy and spending time outdoors.
Helen CollinsBranch Administrator
Originally from Suffolk, Helen moved to Bournemouth in 1997 to pursue a career in Hospitality and spent a number of years working in several of Bournemouths seafront hotels before joining a large nationwide Corporate Estate Agency as Branch Administrator. Helen initially worked in the Bournemouth office before working in many of the satellite local offices within the agency. Giving her a very good local knowledge base in the property market. After 8 years Helen moved away from Estate Agency and worked for some time for a Global Engineering company, organising travel for a team of corporate Lawyers initially before more recently transferring into an IT support role. However Helen was tempted back into Agency and enjoys the demanding role of organising a busy Town centre branch and being part of a pro-active energetic team! When not working Helen enjoys running and luckily her husband shares her enthusiasm. A keen horse rider from an early age she regularly visits her parents\\\' farm and gets in the saddle and takes out her mum\\\'s one eyed horse!
