Sally began her estate agency career in 2001 and quickly established herself as the top sales person in Ringwood for a large corporate estate agency. Subsequently, at the age of 24, she was offered a managerial position at their Highcliffe office and through innovation, drive and maintenance of the highest standards of customer service, Sally lead this branch to record business levels. In 2010 she became Shareholder and Director of Hearnes in Ringwood. With an established team in Ringwood maintaining a market leading position, Sally was able to expand the business further by opening a Bournemouth town centre office in July 2013, where she looks forward to dealing with a diverse range of properties in a lively, cosmopolitan town. Sally is accustomed to dealing with a variety of property, ranging from waterside and rural homes to town centre houses and apartments. This experience combined with her attention to detail and acute understanding of customer needs will offer the buyers and sellers of Bournemouth an unrivalled level of service and an outstanding moving experience, helping to alleviate the pressures of moving home.
Lyndon Le BoutilierOwner
Born and bred in Bedfordshire, Lyndon was educated at Bedford School and lived in that area until 1992 when he moved to Bournemouth. His first full-time job was as an Estate Agent in Newport Pagnell in 1982 for a highly charged independent group called Taylors. He has always been in agency and thoroughly enjoys his career. Having been involved with corporate agency for some years he felt that setting up their own company was the only real way to be able to provide the best possible service. Lyndon runs the day to day operations at Ferndown and maintains a consulting position in Ringwood. He too is a committed Christian and hobbies include fishing and golf (if he ever gets the time between running the children around!)
James EvansValuation Manager
Originally starting his estate agency career with a large independent agency in 2005 as a trainee negotiator James quickly gained a series of promotions leading to a branch manager position after working a variety of markets within Dorset,giving him a wealth of experience locally. With a keen eye for detail, hard working nature and professional manner he is keen to progress further within the company. Out of work James is kept busy with his two young children and can be found coaching or refereeing his sons football team on a Sunday morning come rain or shine!
Natasha CharonSales Manager
Natasha began her estate agency career in lettings in 2003 gaining valuable experience in the fast paced student rental market until moving over to sales in 2004 where she worked for a large corporate agency before progressing onto owning a partnership in a local independent agency in 2008. She decided to take a career break to backpack around the world, which ultimately culminated in a career change into hospitality for the next five years. She returned to agency in 2013 and joined Hearnes of Bournemouth shortly after the opening. Natasha brings with her a wealth of local knowledge and a drive and motivation to succeed. She lives in Wick with her fiancé with whom she loves to travel with and enjoy the local lifestyle Christchurch and Bournemouth has to offer.
Sandy SonghurstSales Co-ordinator
Sandy returned from living in Germany where she was working for the British Army and commenced her career in estate agency with Mann & Co in 1996, initially working in the Richmond Hill branch. During her time with Mann South West, Sandy worked at a number of offices throughout the region, from Lyndhurst to Dorchester and Weymouth, progressing from branch administrator to regional secretary and then on to sales co-ordinator in addition to this role. On leaving Mann South West Sandy worked for a town centre independent agency followed by a well-established estate agent in Westbourne, before moving into Lettings as property manager. Having been approached by Hearnes Sandy has been tempted back to estate agency and her enjoyment of sales progression. In her spare time Sandy enjoys meeting friends, films and reading and is encouraged by her partner to watch a wide variety of sports, although mainly from the comfort of her sofa these days.
Stephanie-Charlotte BekenProperty Consultant
Originally from London, Stephanie relocated to Bournemouth with her family in 2008. She attended Wentworth College which is now Bournemouth Collegiate School. After finishing education she soon started her career in agency with a large corporate company. Now at Hearnes she is keen to progress and aims to provide excellent customer service. In her spare time she enjoys travelling back up to London to see friends and family and going for long walks on the beach.
Jonathan MarshSenior Property Consultant
Born and raised in Christchurch, Jonathan graduated from the Arts University College Bournemouth in 2012 with a degree in Graphic Design. Upon graduation Jonathan moved to London and worked in media before moving into management with a national restaurant chain. However, his love of the area has lured him back and where his natural communication skills and desire to pursue a career in property have brought him to the attention of Hearnes Estate Agents. Jonathan joined the team in Bournemouth shortly after the opening in 2013 and has shown an exceptional aptitude for estate agency.
Scarlett ChorleyJunior Property Consultant
Scarlett joined us in 2014 as a Junior Property Consultant while she studies towards her A Levels in English Literature, Geography and Media Studies. Scarlett was head hunted by Hearnes from her previous job for her enthusiasm and approach to customer service. Since working at Hearnes, Scarlett has transferred these skills into property sales and hopes to progress within the company in the near future. Scarlett would like to get onto the property ladder herself over the next two years and is working hard to achieve this! In her spare time, Scarlett enjoys socialising and going to the gym.
Helen CollinsBranch Administrator
Originally from Suffolk, Helen moved to Bournemouth in 1997 to pursue a career in Hospitality and spent a number of years working in several of Bournemouths seafront hotels before joining a large nationwide Corporate Estate Agency as Branch Administrator. Helen initially worked in the Bournemouth office before working in many of the satellite local offices within the agency. Giving her a very good local knowledge base in the property market. After 8 years Helen moved away from Estate Agency and worked for some time for a Global Engineering company, organising travel for a team of corporate Lawyers initially before more recently transferring into an IT support role. However Helen was tempted back into Agency and enjoys the demanding role of organising a busy Town centre branch and being part of a pro-active energetic team! When not working Helen enjoys running and luckily her husband shares her enthusiasm. A keen horse rider from an early age she regularly visits her parents' farm and gets in the saddle and takes out her mum's one eyed horse!
